E-Val Pro Plus Validation System
The E-Val Pro Plus Validation System is designed for validation applications in life science that require compliance with FDA guidelines and international GMP standards. It’s ideal for Temperature Controlled Units (TCUs, CTUs) with an extreme temperature range or where real-time measurements are needed.
The E-Val Pro Plus Validation System is equipped with interchangeable sensor arrays, which can easily be removed for service and calibration. With 4 and 12-channel arrays available, the E-Val Pro Plus can handle all thermocouple types as well as analog and digital inputs.

Sensors:
- STC22-TF Thermocouple sensor has a temperature range of -196 to +200 °C, and is equipped with a USB plug that saves the calibration constants. The STC22-TF thermocouple sensor is especially ideal for pharmaceutical applications involving steam sterilization.
- STC-KT thermocouple sensor can measure high temperatures from 0 to +260 °C (with a life expectancy of 1 year at 275 °C, 3 months at 300 °C and 6 days at 350 °C). It has an accuracy of ± 0.5 °C and a USB plug used to save calibration constants. The STC-KT 7 Strand sensor is specially designed for high temperature pharmaceutical applications.
- STC-ACS type T thermocouple sensor has a high measuring temperatures range of -67 to +400 °C, with an accuracy of ±0.5 °C, and a USB plug for saving calibration constants. The STC-ACS thermocouple sensor is designed for high temperature applications (e.g. dry heat sterilization and oven validation) within the pharmaceutical industry.
- SSU-CM type T thermocouple sensor has a vast temperature range of -196 to +400 °C, with an accuracy of 1% of measuring range (calibrated ± 0.5 °C), and a USB plug equipped to save calibration constants. The SSU-CM sensor is especially ideal for pharmaceutical applications involving either high or low temperatures, e.g. freeze drying and depyrogenation.
- SSA-TS type T thermocouple sensor has a temperature range of -20 to +135 °C, with an unmatched accuracy of < 0.2 °C (calibrated ± 0.05 °C), and a USB plug that saves calibration constants. The SSA-TS thermocouple sensor is especially ideal for food applications involving retort sterilization and pasteurization.
- E-Val Pro Plus Sensor Interface is the ideal solution for expanding the number of measurable parameters available for wired thermocouple systems. TrackSense Pro Data Logger sensors can be mounted on the interface, allowing it to measure Temperature, Vacuum, Pressure, Relative Humidity (EtO), Conductivity and CO2, all while being connected to the E-Val Pro Plus.
