AMA® RUT Expert is Rapid Urease Test. Invasive diagnosis of Helicobacter Pylori using biopsy tissue samples.

The AMA RUT is a Rapid Urease Test that specifically detects H. pylori by detecting urease activity in the biopsy sample used in adult or child patients during the gastroscopy examination. High Sensitivity 98% and high specifity 100%. Used in conjunction with the AMARUT Expert reader, it provides semi-quantitative results of HP +++, HP ++, HP +, HP -.

Another advantage of AMARUT Expert is that it can be used not only with a reader but also without a reader to give qualitative results. If H.pylori is present in the sample, a change in color will occur on the dry sensitive cool within AMARUT Expert due to the urease activity produced by H.pylori in the biopsy sample.
