PRODUCT EXECUTIVE SEROLOGY

Job Description:

  • Make market analysis & promotion plans in the industrial and institutional sectors based on the annual strategy by Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Make sales through plans for realization of promotions and follow up on planned activities
  • Assist the Sales team in presentations in the hospital sector
  • Facilitating the National Marketing program (arranging activities, providing promotional materials, presentations and training).
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) for industrial and institutional sectors
  • Make reports on total products in the national population in the industrial sector, institutions and hospitals
  • Coordinate with a team of technicians to make prevention & handling complaints management plans.
  • Make monthly reports of progress to the Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Carry out other relevant tasks in accordance with supervisor / management instructions

Requirements:

  • Age max. 40 Years, D3 - S1 Biology, Chemistry or the like
  • Living in Jabodetabek, SIM A is active
  • Min 2 years work experience in the field of product management Medical Device / Pharmacy
  • Creative, active & communicative
  • Very understanding of marketing concepts and strategies.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER, WEST INDONESIA TEAM

Job description:

  • Make sales through intensification products per hospital or Red Cross Indonesia or according to the division that is placed
  • Make sales through extension (additional) of hospitals or in accordance with divisions
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) hospitals and UTD sectors (except Red Cross Jakarta) in accordance with the divisions placed
  • Creating opportunities and product sales in the hospital sector (research & forensics) in accordance with the Sales & Marketing Manager's annual division & strategy
  • Make plans and sales targets
  • Control activities and team costs (Daily & Weekly)
  • Team coaching and counseling
  • Monitor sales on a weekly / monthly / quarter basis
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) product users in the hospital sector or in accordance with the division
  • Creating monthly sales progress for Sales & Marketing Managers in the hospital sector or in accordance with the division that is placed
  • Analyze the competence of each employee in the area / division that is placed
  • Analyze the competence of each employee in the area / division and submit training requests (internal / external) that are needed to support the work and evaluate training results
  • Carry out other relevant tasks in accordance with supervisor / management instructions

 

Requirements:

  • Age Max. 40 years, D3-S1 lives in Jabodetabek, SIM A is active
  • Experience as a Regional Sales Manager min. 2 years for Pharmacy or medical equipment in the West Indonesia region, preferably.
  • Aggressive-initiative, communicative & active working in teams (team work)

  • Diutamakan yang berdomisili di Bekasi
  • Usia 20-30 th, pendidikan semua jurusan program computer Word, Excel +++++
  • Pengalaman sebagai kolektor/Salesman min 1 tahun di Pedagang Besar Farmasi / Alat Kesehatan
  • Memiliki sepeda motor sendiri
  • Terbiasa bekerja target oriented, teamwork
  • Punya jejaring yang solid
